Returns
You have 60 days calendar days to return an item from the order date.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Sale items
Sale items can be refunded for their final purchase price.

Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

How To Return Your Item

Exchanges

Exchanges
You have 60 days calendar days to exchange an item from the order date.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Sale items
Sale items can be exchanged for credit valued at their final purchase price.

Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. We will ship your new item free of charge.

How To Exchange Your Item
To exchange an item to us, first contact us at info@benchmarkbags.com to request a merchandise return authorization. Please note what you would like to exchange your item for. Once this is received, mail your bag to the following address:

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your item for exchange. We will immediately notify you on the status of your exchange after inspecting the item. 

If the value of the item you are exchanging is less than the new one, you will be required to pay the difference.

If the value of the item you are exchanging is greater than the new one, we will refund the difference to the credit card used to originally pay for the goods.

We will then mail you your new item to the original shipping address
